Weekly Update: Short and Sweet

One word sums up my week, maintaining!  And I am OK with that.  We celebrated a birthday, went out to lunch, and enjoyed life along the way.  I am off to go camping. I will be moving around a lot, which I will enjoy.  I will be careful with my diet, packing lots of good real food.  Ta ta for now!

    Love it. I think at times we all need to keep it short and sweet. I hope you have a great time camping. :)
